Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, certificates, invoices, tags, and accessories must be returned along with the product.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering.

  • Products that have been customized, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially made to order are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Engraved products.

  • Resized products.

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final-sale promotions.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped as instructed.

Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, Saiji Diamond will conduct a quality inspection to verify its condition and authenticity.

If the product passes inspection, the return will be approved. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and an unboxing video. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
