We want your order to reach you safely and on time.

Processing & Delivery

• All pieces are made to order. Processing takes 7–10 business days before your order ships.
• Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days across India.
• Shipping is free on every order.

Order Tracking

• You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Use this to monitor delivery status until it arrives.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries outside India. International delivery times vary by destination and are shared at checkout.

Delays

• While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs (for international orders). We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Unboxing & Damage/Missing Item Claims

• For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while unboxing your parcel — starting from the sealed package and continuing through to opening it — before removing or trying on any item.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing pieces, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video. Claims without this video may not be eligible for resolution.
